Cancel with clear rules, no fine print
Every service picks a cancellation policy. Here we show you, exactly as they stand today, how much is refunded depending on how far ahead you cancel.
How it works
Every service has its policy
When publishing, the provider picks one of the available policies. You always see it before booking, and it's frozen into your booking.
The refund depends on lead time
The earlier you cancel, the higher the refund. Each policy defines time windows with a refund percentage for each.
Automatic and auditable
When you cancel, the refund is computed and processed automatically from the frozen policy. Every movement is recorded.

What if the provider cancels?
If the provider cancels, you get 100% of your money back, regardless of the policy. On top of that, depending on when they cancel, they may face a penalty.
We give you a compensation coupon for your next booking.
Expiration and automatic cases
If a request isn't confirmed within 24 hours, it expires on its own and nothing is charged. Cancellations during a job in progress follow specific rules inside the app.
